20 Quotes on Gratitude and Being Thankful #5MinMotivation

gratitude-and-thankful-quotes

Sometimes, things just don’t go your way, no matter what you try.  These are the days, or moments that can create a lot of frustration.  During these moments, it can be extremely tough to be grateful.  I am still working on it.  What I noticed however, is that when I take those moments to reflect on what I am grateful for, my “mood elevator” immediately goes up.

Why Can Practicing Gratitude Do For You?

When I reflect on what I am grateful for, I first think of my Family (my husband, two sons, parents, siblings and the whole gang). I am also thankful for a career that allows me to challenge myself and inspire others to do the same.  Another amazing thing that I am grateful for is this blog.  I started this blog in June of 2015.  Since then it has connected me with so many amazing people who strive to be more every day.  This Blog has been a gift to me and I hope to continue to be able to use it as a medium to connect and inspire.
