Millennials and Gen Z’s are often stereotyped as lazy by the older generations. However, according to a study by corporate HR advisor Bruce Pfau, evidence have shown that “employees of all ages are much more alike than different in their attitudes and values at work,” with analyst Amanda Kreun also saying that both millennials and previous generations “see themselves and their work environments in a similar way.”
