There are many reasons why Scottsdale is one of the best cities in America to work in. For starters, WalletHub has named Scottsdale as the best place in America to find a job for 2019 and 2020 and is still in the top ten for 2021. The Scottsdale economic development department reported that the city is home to more than 25,000 businesses with nearly 20% of Arizona corporate headquarters based in Scottsdale. As for lifestyle, although many residents work from home, the Arizona weather and grid system makes commuting to and from work a breeze. The Scottsdale lifestyle can be stereotyped as “upscale”, but there are plenty of outdoor activities, foodie stops, art and shopping to fit everyone’s interests.

LA remains the best city to work in America. It is not dependent on one industry and has a diverse set of companies that call LA its home. It provides a great balance of opportunity and has had population growth for some time now. These are among the good reasons why people move to Los Angeles. Traffic is an issue, but with so many companies adopting a remote work policy, this eliminates this problem. The city has a lot going for it and offers a lot to do both in the city, on the beach, and hiking in the mountains. The weather is always nice and the cost of living is less than in other places such as San Fransisco. LA is a great place to start a company and there is plenty of talent to hire to help your company grow.

San Jose, California is one of the best places to work in America. It has the affordability factor compared to nearby San Francisco, but still has access to many businesses. Located in the beautiful Santa Clara Valley, San Jose is also located in the heart of Silicon Valley. There are also a lot of outdoor activities to partake in, which has been great during the covid 19 pandemic. I can’t recommend San Jose enough.

They can take this time to relocate every few months or so, and experience other ways of living and what is best for their lifestyle. It’s no surprise that Durham is known as “the medical city” with a low cost of living and a high number of hospitals.
