Don’t let the fear of failing stop you from taking risks. Whether you succeed or fail, you are always learning an important lesson. Either you are learning that you need to change your strategy or refine your skill, or you are learning what worked in order to repeat it again.
As long as you keep moving forward, both scenarios are equally important. Sometimes the biggest rewards come after the biggest failures.

My youngest son used to avoid doing anything he felt he wasn’t going to succeed at immediately. In school, I would have to coax him into preparing for that oral presentation he so desperately did not want to do. At 7 years old, he was already afraid of how he would perform in front of his peers.
It took a lot of conversations and reassurances to have him slowly change his mind.
