Turning The Power Of Fear Into A Motivator #5MinMotivation

fear-as-a-motivator

We all face it on a regular basis.  Sometimes in certain situations, we may face it daily.  When faced with it, how you choose to react to it can make a huge difference in achieving sustained success.  What am I referring to?  The title obviously gives a major clue.  FEAR.  How do you turn fear into a motivator?

I am not referring to the type of fear that keeps you alive.  That internal radar that keeps you away from those dark alleys or that creepy stranger that seems to be following you.  The type of fear I am referring to is the fear that stops you from going after your goals.

Fear of Failure

Fear of Success

Fear of What others may think of you

The following YouTube video from the Mulligan Brothers conveys powerful lessons and messages from great speakers.  What can you accomplish when you Embrace the Storm and keep moving forward?

Some Powerful Messages that Will Help You Turn Fear into a Motivator

Everyone is bigger than the role they think they need to play.  You are not just a Dad, a Mom, a banker.  You are much more.

You are capable of reaching potential greater than anything you can imagine.  If you embrace the storm and keep moving forward.

You may think you have a ceiling when it comes to your potential.  Look up again.  The truth is, there is no ceiling.  Don’t stop reaching.  Don’t settle in.  Don’t try to be someone else.  Instead, work hard to be yourself.

Ask yourself today, what do you believe in enough that makes you want to do it despite your fear?

Turn Fear into itself.  Use Fear as a motivator.   Accept Fear as a Thought, not a Force.

It does not have that special power other than the one you give it.

When you face your fears you realize it’s not as bad as you think it is.

It takes courage to be exceptional.

It takes courage to be successful.

It is far easier not to be successful.

Most people allow their fear of failure to outweigh their desire to succeed.

“We are not supposed to sit at the table of success and just feel good forever.  What makes us feel alive is growth.” Tony Robbins
