This Is The Key Ingredient Behind Desire [Video] #5MinMotivation

We all have desires and dreams.  What makes one person achieve their dream while another person falls short?  It is not always a lack of talent or experience.  In fact, we often see people promoted into positions or achieving results with half the experience of others.  Is it desire?  No, that will only take you so far.

This week, I share a YouTube video created by Mateusz M called, “Desire”.  It shares speeches from two speakers, Eric Thomas and Les Brown.

It starts off with a story of the Lion and Gazelle.  When the Gazelle is being chased, he can quickly outrun the lion.  What happens when the Gazelle is no longer being chased?  He does nothing.  He needs that external motivation to keep going.

Are you a lion, or a gazelle?

This Video Shares the Key Ingredient Behind DESIRE

Why do you do what you do?  What’s your motive?  What moves you and drives you?

Find that something within that drives you.

Find that something within that moves you.

When you find your why, you find a way to make it happen.

The time for wishing is past, now is the time for doing.

“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” – Mark Twain

Don’t quit doing the process.

Champions keep going when there is nothing left in their tanks.

When you have nothing left, that is when it’s SHOWTIME.

So I ask you, “What do you intend to do now?”
